Each Namaskar retreat is now priced per night, based on your chosen
accommodation and the length of your stay.
This gives you the freedom to join us for the dates that best suit your schedule, budget,
and the nervous system needs, without being locked into a single retreat length.
All prices below are fully inclusive for the duration of your stay.
You simply choose your retreat dates & your accommodation.
Minimum Stay:
To ensure guests have enough time to settle, unwind, and fully immerse themselves in the retreat experience, a minimum stay of 5 nights is recommended and required.
